Dishwasher repair
The machine continues to leak after repair was completed. Machine is still not usable.

Technicians are GREAT, but.....
The process, people, website and telephone bots involved in scheduling, confirming, tracking parts deliveries are awful. It is a classic case of one hand having no idea what the other is doing. But, in this case, there are multiple entities involved so it becomes a cluster mess. You need to simplify this process. You need to update your IT system to include current and accurate information. Your website needs to be accurate! What a mess! And, CHANGE THAT HOLD MUSIC!

Shingle Spgs, CADish washer leak
Mohammed found the leak and said that a new washer was needed to prevent the leak. He claimed to have fixed it. Soon after he left, the washer was leaking and soaked the floor. Two days later another technician took a look at it and found that the washer wasn't replaced, rather it was covered in electrical tape and that's why it was still leaking.

Couldn't find root cause of issue
Technician wasn't familiar with the correct operation of the appliance and said he "won't read the user manual, in-fact never do". Technician asked me to call the manufacturer, kitchen-aid, if cycling the circuit breaker to the appliance doesn't fix the issue. I don't agree that I should call the manufacturer to continue troubleshooting, this is what I pay lots of money for the warranty company to do. When cycling the circuit breaker masked the issue and enabled the problem to be masked, the technician was done and would not attempt any repair. I am now concerned the issue will return, and again, I will be forced to pay again.

Crappy Service
He came out to service the Maytag Electric Dryer that wasn't heating properly. He ran the dryer for 15 seconds then opened it and felt the air inside the dyer with his hand (not a thermometer which he should have used) and said that it was heatinf fine. I also had him listen to the dryer that had a rattling noise. He should have removed the front panal to inspect inside to see if anything was loose that was casuing the rattling. All he did was tell me that the rattling noise was because the sryer was sitting on a pedestal and he said that was making the noise. I've had that dyer for 20+ years and it's always been on that pedestal and never made that noise until recently when another servicew technician had taken off the panal.

Refrigerator Repair
Mohammad was very through and clear. He ran diagnostics and fixed our issue for now. We may need to buy a new refrigerator at some point but at least it is now working. Thank you,

Customer service
Initially Sears came out and Diagnosed our issue and needed to order a part for our dishwasher. They had the part delivered to our address directly and told us upon receipt to let them know and we would schedule an appointment sooner than the appointment they provided for us at that time. We received our part 3 days later and tried to contact them. We were not successful after many attempts. Our future appointment approached and then they sent an automatic msg that we were rescheduled because they didn't have our part. This happened 3 more times until I contacted the warranty company to get involved. The entire time we were unable to get ahold of an actual person to inform they we had our part. They need to improve on their customer service immensely

Dishwasher service visit
Technician was able to make the electronic display on some of the controls light up- but left apparently before confirming that the machine could cycle and wash dishes. Machine still could not wash dishes after he left.

Unprofessional
Unfortunately, this is not a great experience with Sears Home Services. Hameed was not professional. He came with no identification to verify he was an employee of Sears Home Services. When asked if he had identification he stated "no, just look at the truck". Reluctantly I led him to the appliance. He then went on to ask for signatures. One to allow him to service the appliance. Which I did sign. The second one was to omit him from any damages on my flooring or cabinets from moving the appliance. I did ask if he had proper floor protection, to which he stated "no". I declined to sign. He proceeded to walk out even after I asked him to wait so I could contact the company. He said "I don't get paid to wait." He left. I called the company to advise them that he left and nothing g had been accomplished. I have worked with Sears repair services in the past, and never had such unprofessionalism and downright rudeness. I am awaiting some feedback and in hopes to get my appliance working properly very soon I would not recommend Hameed
