Good But Issue with Parts
While the service that was performed got the burner working properly again, the part that had been shipped to my address was the wrong part. Fortunately, Abdul had the correct part with him.

Ladarius seemed to do a very thorough job of inspecting the refrigerator, range, washer and dryer. He had good advice about the appliances. And he efficiently ordered replacement parts and scheduled a future appointment to install the parts. But I don't remember what he told me about the water pooling in the door frame of the washer and the occasional soaking of the laundry instead of spinning dry. Please ask him to let me know what I can do about the washer.

Unable to fix my oven & microwave I was billed twice for parts and service. 1st bill $1002.95 2nd bill $1002.95 I was only credited first bill . The 2nd payment was to be for diagnostic / service call $179.00, but I was charged full $1002.95 amount. I needed my refund of $823.95.

My appliance is old. I know this but he didn't even act like he wanted to help me. I told him I would need to buy a. New stove and double oven. He left. Only comment on oven was it is too old to find parts. He didn't even try

This was the second repairman and 3rd visit. The first technician was in to much of a hurry he even said that he was to busy. Husband questioned him about parts needed and he just brush him off and since he was in such a hurry husband agreed for him to leave the compactor unfinished until we got the part that I suggested on the first visit as long as he was the same person to finish job. Today we got a new person who was very put off by the condition the compactor was left by the previous repairman, so he was struggling to start the repair. He also had a hard time putting the compactor together at the end so husband had to help him. Bottom line we were out of a compactor for several weeks due to the rush and incompetence from the first repairman.
