Fred let me know that he was on his way. Came here and set up he work area, and removed the old part of my air conditioner installed the new part. Did air vent test and let me see and know what the numbers are and should be. Very professional.

Ryan did a good job, however he was the third service man who attempted to fix the issue. Getting through to the team was unbelievably difficult and frustrating. Taking off work over 5 times to wait around when given an ever changing 4-5 hour window is completely unacceptable.

Mohammad was good, wasn't sure what he was suppose to do in a maintenance checkup (not much it seems). Gave us useful advice on our oven though. Not sure which schedules these visits but time was 8am-12pm. He called me mid morning and said he would arrive at 230-3pm. Got hung up somewhere I guess.

Hameed worked fairly fast when he arrived HOWEVER he spent just as much time on the phone. PLUS I think a phone contact from him or Sears is warranted if you are going to be late. 4 hours is a long time to wait and then another 1 1/2 hours is extreme. The tracker does not update timely plus a voice whether human or AI is better.

The techs are good but the machine is what it is. Praying this time it will remain fixed. So far ok. Since this was the 4th visit we're hoping so. Don't believe it's your tech. I believe the machine issues are just that. Issues. But your techs are 👍🏻 great

Hameed is a very courteous, polite, and competent technician and my refrigerator is running fine now. My only complaint is with the facemask he wears over his mouth and nose, and it obscures his face and makes it hard to understand what he is saying. In other words, it makes communication, both visual and audible, more difficult. Totally unnecessary.

This I believe this is the third visit through choice home warranty yes my system may be working in one part of house but not the other I live with this system the tech does not so not blaming sears but this is not right
