Fridge repair
The technician Matt, did a great job. He Diagnosed the problem right away, and prepared to replace the broken parts promptly and properly. His professionalism and knowledge was at the highest standards and expertise with home customer service repairs. I would recommend Matt for more future repair jobs. Thanks again for Seers service.

The technician, Logan and his trainee were very professional. Although we were quite upset with the overall Sears experience, he was very clear in explaining the situation and next steps. All other technicians should be trained to demonstrate the his level of understanding and professionalism.

He was good gave good advise how not to use big loads at once if we wash blankets. I feel it is better to not wash here to go to laundry areas that carry bigger washers for big bedding.

Fred let me know that he was on his way. Came here and set up he work area, and removed the old part of my air conditioner installed the new part. Did air vent test and let me see and know what the numbers are and should be. Very professional.

Ryan did a good job, however he was the third service man who attempted to fix the issue. Getting through to the team was unbelievably difficult and frustrating. Taking off work over 5 times to wait around when given an ever changing 4-5 hour window is completely unacceptable.
