Sears customer services needs to be reported to BBB but Frederick is who rocked!! He stayed in touch. He let me know play by play what was happening. The hiccups he came across. Everything. Even when he had to cancel, he informed dispatch that I needed to be rescheduled since Sears kept giving me the run around. Again. Frederick needs a raise.

Sears first sent a repairman who didn't know how to diagnose the problem with our washing machine. He ordered a part which did not fix the problem, but it required me to stay around for another 8 to 12 time frame waiting for the installation of the wrong part. Then one of Sears absolute best repairmen arrived today and made a very quick disagnosis. His name is Keith Griffin. He has a great personality and is very very good at diagnosing problems. It took him only a few minutes to diagnose the real problem and then he took the time to go to buy the parts and install them. I don't know if he can easily fix any problem with any appliance, but he impressed me. His manner was and efficiency are excellent and he quickly did what needed to be done. Sears A&E applicances needs to find more people like Keith.
