Washing Machine issue

As always, Logan is very dependable and very knowledgeable technician. He makes you feel at ease. This was the second time he fixed something for us. The first time was our Microwave problem which was fixed and has been working well to date. After our Monday experience with the technician assigned to us, who never showed up and had us rescheduled 2 days later (which is today) without asking us if we would be available and has already wasted half of our day Monday. Because of this, there is no guarantee that we would get Logan the next time we would need a technician, which is too bad. Logan came earlier than what his expected arrival time. We are so pleased with his excellent customer service and great knowledge of what he does. He is a big asset to your company. Don't lose him or you would lose customers.
