Courteous, friendly, efficient
Ahmad had several appointments the day he came to replace our condenser. His schedule had him backtracking through two counties; so he arrived at the end of the four hour window. Nonetheless, he was calm, friendly and went about his business like a true professional. We now have a working refrigerator and are happy Ahmad was our technician!

I would ask for him everytime because of his commitment to fixing any problem. This man must have already received many service awards from your company, and if not, You don't really know your workers. This man stands out!

This is Ahmed's 3rd trip to my home to resolve problems that I have been having with our Refrigerator. It appears that it is not going to be able to be repaired and the Refrigerator will have to be replaced. He presents with an easy, interactive personality. He truly expresses a professional persona of wanting to resolve the problem(s). I have been very impressed with his ability to answer my questions and not have me feel like I'm in his way and/or wasting his time.

Frederick went above & beyond searching diligently until he finally located our A/C condensation drain line which was actually buried in a planting bed. The blocked line was causing water to pool under our indoor HVAC unit and Frederick solved the problem with a great attitude. His efforts and professionalism are greatly appreciated.

Conrad was able to get my refrigerator running again without any added parts! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Friendly. I was disappointed that he had to be later than my appointment time. I blame the schedule department for that!!! I will be requesting Conrad if I need anything repaired again!!
