today was the second time a tech was here for our dishwasher. the first tech did not bother to take anything apart to find what was only a loose wire. instead he ordered 2 incorrect parts that we waited 5 weeks to receive. when Abdul came out, he realized the parts were wrong and took the panel apart, fixing the loose wire. this is not the first time we have had incompetent technicians. Thankfully, the second time was a charm.
