I HAVE BEEN SO IMPRESSED AND APPRECIATIVE OF THE CUSTOMER SVC THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED FROM SEARS. THEY HAVE BEEN HERE 2 X IN THE LAST MONTH TO DO A REPAIR ON MY DRYER. BOTH TECHS WERE KIND, CURTIOUS, HELPFUL AND FULL OF INFORMATION. EVERYTHING THAT THEY TOLD ME WAS 100% ACCURATE AND TO THEIR WORD. EVEN REGARDING ORDERING OF PARTS AND RE INSTALL. BRAVO SEARS.

Madho was an excellent communicator and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Technicians have been here 3 times prior and never determined why the fridge was developing frost and icing up. It appears the issue has been fixed. Figures crossed. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process and why icing was happening. Thank you!
