The service provided by Keith was excellent. My only complaint would be that even though I sent a picture of the damaged part and the repair service had the model and serial number, he didn't come with the part. So he had to drive an hour away to get the part and come back which he did in the same day. Seems like this could've been more efficient by bringing the replacement part when he came the first time.

I don't like to have to part with my money for service, but if I do I prefer it is done professionally by someone like Conrad. He was good with communications, completed the task in an acceptable timeframe, left his workspace cleaner than when he got here, and provided excellent tips that will help us increase the longevity of the replacement parts. Mohammed was very thorough and courteous, and explained everything just the right amount without overexplaining! That being said, his support resources were severely lacking! First the coupon I had CLEARLY said it expired on 3/31/24 (and it is 3/8/24). His mobile work order would not accept it, saying it had expired 2/29/24. Second, my Clean and Maintain service for my fridge was entered (by your phone rep.) as a repair order, thus generating a different (higher) price. To his credit, Mohammed made it all work for me, including the discounts I was promised!
