While the result of the service ended with a part that is unavailable, the technician did everything possible to assure that I could continue to use my appliance. He was respectful and friendly during the entire appointment. This is the second time he has serviced one of my appliances and I highly recommend them for honesty in their recommendations

Mr. ZR arrived well within the time frame promised by Sears e-mail. He quickly gained access to the inner workings of our LG refrigerator, and diagnosed the problem as the compressor. He had all needed parts in his service truck. He said the job would take about two hours, and it did. He cleaned up the work area nicely, gave us some verbal instructions on getting the reefer cooled down, and was on his way. Professional and pleasant.

The service provided by Keith was excellent. My only complaint would be that even though I sent a picture of the damaged part and the repair service had the model and serial number, he didn't come with the part. So he had to drive an hour away to get the part and come back which he did in the same day. Seems like this could've been more efficient by bringing the replacement part when he came the first time.
