Great Service!
Great service! Based on Conrad's parts research - the parts are no longer available due to a 12 year old frig, we went out and bought a new frig before our old one fails.

Hameed came in and was very polite and knowledgeable. He checked out the garbage disposer and evaluated the situation. He helped connect us with who we need to talk to. He was honest with us explained things so we could understand. We were very pleased with the appointment.

CAHard time understanding him
This technician was knowledgeable and professional, but since he had an accent and was wearing a mask, I had a hard time understanding him when he explained things to me. He did take the dryer apart and checked everything. He said he could not find anything wrong with the dryer. I will wait to see how it sounds when I do a load in the dryer again to see if the noise is there or not.
