Great service
Arrived on time, checked all possible reasons for the noise I heard and felt it was an ice build up hitting the fan and when the defrost cycle happens it goes away. He explained things clearly and checked other items and said things looked fine. Very professional and courteous. He is an asset to the company.

Our tech broke down on a hundred degree day. He kept in touch w me and after receiving replacement truck, he still came through to fix our washing machine . Our issue I believe faulty washer. We shall see Our 1st tech recently tried to fix the problem. Hopefully it's OK. But each time each tech is awesome! Great warranty I bought. We really appreciate your service. If the machine does quit I'm confident Our sears techs can refer new model. Thank you
