We were kept up to date re timing as to when technician would arrive. He arrived as they'd stated! he completed the repair immediately, showed me the issue and we tested DW to make sure it was working as we expected. Cleaned up his tools and left. I'm completely satisfied and happy to give a 5 star review!

Let me be very clear that this review is for Conrad only. I will never use Sears Home Services again. That said, Conrad was very professional from start to finish. He represented a company well that does not deserve his level of professionalism.

Conrad was GREAT! He asked questions to understand what the problem was, he walked through the repair and let us know how long the repair would take. When he was done it gave a few tips for home safety with our washer. He answered all our questions and was amazing! Our home was a bit crazy when he showed up and he rolled with it wonderfully!

Justice was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and very nice. The ordered parts were not replaced as Justice said he was not getting error messages. If ice maker continues to be slow producing after a few days, I was told to call them again.
