Claudio was informative, and thorough. He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and went to work with the necessary repairs. He made a recommendation to replace the ice maker hose which we will this afternoon after we pick up the part. He did a great job and he left his workspace as clean as it was when he arrived. Awesome technician.
