Adam is great. Has been to the here many times and always does a good job. Do not like SEARS ever since they have switch over to Sinch Home Warranty now. Company is not the same and their customer service is quite sad now. After being a long term customer, I will not be renewing either of my multiple contracts with them due to the poor service I have received in the past. I will continue to pursue my case with them regarding my AC replacement that they failed to reimburse me for after following their instructions to a tee, but once job was completed informing me that they were not going to reimburse for the job. To this day I have not received any money back from this company as a reimbursement to what I paid out for this job. So many months later and almost 10K out of my pocket, at is now time to move on to another company that hopefully treats me better and follows through with what they say.
