I scheduled a repair on 12/2 for my leaking washer. I wasn’t home during the visit, but the tech told me over the phone that the issue was a clogged hose and advised using less detergent. The washer worked once, then leaked again when I washed 1 blanket and 2 sheets (1 twin size the other queen). Trying to reschedule through the AI system was a nightmare, and the tech scheduled for 12/5 kept pushing my time back and then canceled because he claimed I had to pay another $129 fee — even though I had already paid it. What a day wasted just waiting. I rescheduled again and finally got a tech named Gilbert. He called ahead, showed up on time, and even handled an unexpected mess when water poured out as he opened the washer. He stayed calm, took his time, explained everything he found, and actually fixed the problem. He was patient, respectful, and I didn’t feel rush at all. I’m grateful for his professionalism. If I ever need service again, I hope it’s him — and I hope he gets a nice bonus he deserves this holiday season.
