The technicians that came out were GREAT they were very efficient they did they job correctly very nice and very helpful if it was for the technicans i would have never got my washer fix ................. As for your customer service people that answer your phone they were awful poor service they didn't know how to do their job They're incompetent every time I ask to speak to a manager they would be around the Bush I had to call them multiple times and still got no solution I would give your customer service a 0 stars
