It has been a very long road to get to this repair, however he knows what he is doing and hoping this solved the excessive frost. 5 years this has been happening and every repair has been a bandaid. He cleaned out all of the frost under and behind the main drawer. He is respectful, courteous, and is knowledgable. He didn’t waste time and stayed on task. Great employee.
