Call was for refrigerator no getting cold enough to freeze items. Was told to readjust temp control which he did. Quoted $300.00 to change light control which was not working. I refused service call to replace light switch. Refrigerator still not freezing item in the freezer. Paid $105.00 for the call??

We had a service tech come out today and I need to report his behavior. He did not want to answer any questions or concerns. He said he didn’t know anything about the refrigerator even after I populated the make and model on the service website. His tone was condescending. He wanted us to sign the service decline on his device and rushed us when we attempted to review the charges since we noticed there was a filter selected. He almost yanked the device out of my boss’s hand and told her what was she trying to do? To just sign what he was asking us to sign. When I asked him if we could change the filter on the refrigerator, he looked at me and asked “do you even have a filter?” I said no but we were interested in having it replaced and what the cost would be. He told us to buy it outside of sears because buying it at sears would be too expensive. When we asked if after buying it on Amazon, would we need to call you to schedule the installation, he shrugged and said no, that you guys don’t replace filters. So that left us confused. Do you or do you not replace filters? It felt that he just wanted to get in and get out with the $129.00 diagnostic fee. He was done and over it the moment we started asking him anything. This interaction felt extremely unprofessional and we feel taken advantage of.

Their technician lied said they came to my house never showed up. Had me waiting from eight this morning till 4:15 in the afternoon. Just received a text message saying that service was completed. No one showed up no one fixed my refrigerator.

Very disappointed my fridge is still not working. Ice don’t freeze. This issue has been going on for 2 months I’ve called and they’ve been out here this is going to be the third time. I feel it’s something else wrong . I’m very disappointed with the agents playing the guessing game.

This was the second time I was expecting a technician, for the same reoccurring issue with my fridge that has been ongoing for over 2 months. This is the 2nd time a technician comes and states no one is home. When in fact I had been awaiting their arrival between 8am- 12pm for this technician. As I received the text notification “sorry we missed you”. I went outside to see if I could catch the technician in which I did. He was very displeased and unpleasant as I waved him down and let him know he didn’t knock on my door and I was waiting for him. He nonchalantly states he had the wrong address as he was driving out to the main intersection. This technician has also been to my residence previously. He parked and got off of the very ill mannered and walked into my home with an irate facial expression. He seemed extremely bothered to assist me with my fridge and annoyed making calls to help fix the fridge. In future please do not send this technician back to my home, and or anyone’s residence as he was not helpful and had a very negative attitude.
