The technician called and said he was he way. He fixed my dryer in an expedient manner. He gave me the number to pay the bill. He was pleasant and informative about my dryer. Also gave me a phone number for information about a service contract. I would ask for him to come back. I thought the price was somewhat high but probably half of what a new dryer would be.
