Our service window was 8 a.m.- 12 p.m. The service person arrived promptly at 8, which was unexpected and much appreciated! In my experience, service repair personnel have a tendency to arrive at the tail end of the scheduled window. Ramon was great. I washed a load of dishes this morning with no problems.
