The technician, Isaac, has over 30 years of experience and I could tell. He knew everything about our Maytag washer and shared a lot of information about the brand with me. He was right on time and very helpful. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to and I actually enjoyed his service. I completely recommend him and the previous technician, Carolyn, who diagnosed the problem and ordered the part for us. Great service and good customer friendly.

I would rate our technician with a 10 if I could, but 5+ will have to do on this form. Isaac R was very very professional, very personable and got our problem assessed & fixed right away! Our dryer now runs perfect and is good as new! Thank you Isaac-you're the best!🤗
