He was very polite, respectful and gave some insights on how to try to keep our 5 year issue from happening. He did explain why it keeps happening and not really a long time fix. There doesn't seem to be a long term fix. He seems to be very knowledgeable on appliance repair. Great service! This repairman was the best one we have had from your company.
