My technician was excellent he is knowledgeable courteous and he cleaned up his area he was patient & respectful with me I rate him 5 Stars he is my favorite technician for my Samsung refrigerator.

Issac and Rudy were great. They explained the problem and informed me when I could expect the part, the door boot, to be delivered. They serviced my dryer for maintenance and had a friendly, professional attitude the entire time.

Very punctual, pleasant. Tried his best to solve the problem. Unfortunately need to replace a Kenmore refrigerator that isn't even 3 years old. Sad news.
