Not surprising that Sears is going under or already is. Their home appliance service promised to arrive between 10am and 2pm, waited all day just got a call from the service person saying he is far away, has two more service calls and it might be as long as 3 more hours before arrival. That would make it 5pm - just in time for dinner - I don't think he will like what I'm serving. WHAT A JOKE - Sears obviously doesn't hire enough service technicians, overloads their schedule and lets the customer and shouldn't be allowed to use the word SERVICE - they don't have any.

This was an insurance contract maintenance call. Martin was professional and informed me of all oven testing and checks as he performed maintenance check for any possible problem. All good.
