Technician did a good job replacing the required parts but left the bad part for me to dispose and did not clean up before leaving. Did not offer and documents or require any signature.

We had service on a kenmore elite refridgerator. The tech knew the problem was the compressor and ordered the compressor and replaced the compressor on a second visit. The compressor took 1 hour to relace and the refridgerator started cooling again. We are pleased about that. The problem i have is we were charged $558 for labor and we had to pay the labor charge when the compressor was ordered before any labor was done. So i guess they charge $558 per hour labor.

James was nice. Unfortunately, he recognized there's a problem with the power light on the freezer, but did not fix it. Didn't know how to fix it. And then left.

Hi! I’m really not sure why I paid for an inspection/ assessment but could not be given an itemized invoice of costs. I wasn’t prepared to move forward with the repairs today but like any customer, I wanted to comparison ship! It’s wild to pay for an eval and not have the results of it in writing and in hand upon payment. That is literally the product I paid for. It’s not the tech’s fault but shame on Sears for not offering this standardly.
