Issac has poor customer service skills and shows an unwilling to assist the customer... He walked in and looked at the appliance and said that the policy was that the label was faded and that he couldn't do anything... I purchased the product from Sears and have had a warranty since I purchased it, and I told him that there is a record of the model # and serial number in the system.. he said that there was nothing he could do and walked out. I received the receipt from sears with the information that he said he couldn't get...

The technician was great. The repair just happened today so hopefully it’s fixed; however, it took more than 5 weeks to get it done. The process of getting it done was the most horrible thing I’ve ever experienced. I waited 3 weeks for a part that never came and no record of ordering it. I had to make 18 phone calls to get it scheduled with hold times of over 2 hours. The reps were courteous for the most part, but couldn’t really do much more than schedule a repair. I was overcharged and told the only way to get a refund was to send it to an email address and my only response in the last 4 weeks is ‘we received your email and will get back to you shortly’. I have never been gotten back to. My 82-year-old mom had NO refrigerator for 5 weeks. I received my compressor in a short time the second time around, but waited 3 weeks for a small part on back order. After my third complaint, I was told I didn’t need to wait. The tech had it on the truck. It was the most horrendous experience I’ve ever had. Definitely not the Sears of the past

Over two months techs didn't show for 8 appointment. Broke a water valve and then said it's your responsibility.

Had an schedule appointment and they failed to show up 2x. I WOULD NEVER recommend Sears to service anything. Everytime I called to check the status the operator was busy trying to sell me their warranty. I had to go elsewhere to have my refrigerator service. Very disappointed with sears. You lost a valuable & loyal customer.
