The problem was not resolve. The repairmen didn't have and couldn't get a light bulb to replace the burnt out in on my oven. I essentially paid $105 for some over to tell me I have a burnt out light.

The technician never showed up today but there was a receipt or confirmation that was supposed to have been signed by me. I contacted my Home Service Club to send another technician as there seems to be an incorrect home that was serviced using my contact information. Check your records as I never paid the $75 fee I was supposed to pay once service was rendered. The service order was 10628775.

Service Tech advised us that our unit was not repairable said there is some corrosion in the wiring ,one of the pumps is frozen and the compressor is about to go out. I called Sears because we bought it from them and always have used them for service. I am very disappointed this time I’m in the maintenance field and I know a little bit about these things and just say that the compressor is about to go out. Is very unprofessional because That’s something you can’t diagnose. I think this service technician came here and didn’t really want to fix the problem.
