Repairman (Jose) was absolutely awesome!!!!! He was kind and didn’t blame anyone for the mechanical failure of the machine. He was astute and knew how to fix it. He gave pointers on how to try to avoid further issues with this machine. He was friendly and respectful. He is everything that a company would want representing them. Repairman’s name is Jose.

I wish I had gotten Mr Noe as a tech the very 1st time. He has common sense I knew what he was talking about after a few minutes of conversation. Unfortunately, not all technicians sent out from ASSURANT Sears are knowledgeable and follow procedures to document Their findings adequately. It was a pleasure meeting Mr. Noe
