Excellent work!
Rodolfo diagnosed the issue with my washer and knew exactly what to repair. He arrived on time and repaired the washer expeditiously. He also gave me some maintenance advice I wasn't aware of to keep my washer going long term. Thank you for am excellent job and great experience Rodolfo!

Carlos the Technician was great!
Sears scheduling service poor. They have switched to all AI, no live people to speak with anymore. Did not receive service updates, took two appointments and two days of missed work to get repair complete. One appointment no show, 2nd appointment thankfully Carlos was on the job and got the washer working!
