The technician was puntual and I hope that the problem has been fixed this time for good. I had probably about 6 different technicians coming to fix the same problem for over 2 years and they said it was fixed but a week later I had the same problem over and over again.

Lucy, our technician arrived late because of previous calls it took longer than anticipated, showed up with a smile was very helpful knew what she was talking about. Checked out our oven advised no parts available for this older model we have, gave us information on why and possibilities of looking at Antique stores for replacement parts.
