Ms. Lucy was very professional and polite. Completed the work on Oven without any problems. There were no complain about the appliance; she went to work upon arrival and ensure that oven was working properly before leaving.

Martin was a good technician. Knows what he's doing and explained everything to us. The only downfall and of no fault of his is that the parts dept did not give him the part for my washing machines on 2 days so he had to go and buy the part so I wouldn't have to reschedule again for a 3rd time
