I don’t remember my technicians name but he was quite funny told lots of jokes and explained to me the reason my fridge was over freezing and not cooling in a way that I could understand. He cleaned up after himself and did a great job

Gilbert help fix a problem that i been having for a while. My washer had water liking and Gilber was the 3rd one. He actually believe me and open the washer instead of the other technicians. I really appreciate that. He found the problem and fixbit. Thank you Gilbert.

My dryer can go another 10 years. Technician knows what he's doing! not the same feeling for the customer service who still have an old phone they can change. Sears warranty customer service needs better training!!!
