The technician fixed my stove but messed up my display on my stove and reported there’s nothing she can do about it, even though no one asked her to wipe the display and that was not what she was here for. Very disappointed. She said there was bubbling but I have a before photo that proves that was not correct. They can write anything in the paperwork because they give you a blank screen to sign. This is not a good business practice and technicians should be TRUTHFUL in what they report back to their supervisor and Sears. Now I’m left with a display on my stove with messed up numbers since the tech took it upon herself to wipe it when no one asked her to and that was NOT what she was here for!! I’ve included the before and after photos.

This rating is for Sears Appliance Repair customer service, NOT for the repairman. The customer service very disappointing and getting a return appointment is almost impossible. I had four different scheduled appointments and they were all no-shows, no call and no interaction with a live representative at all. AI scheduled everything and continued to give me different arrival times for the day of the appointments, but no one showed up. After two weeks of this runaround, I looked on line and found a number for a live agent and was finally able to have my refrigerator serviced today. Just want to warn you of the AI contact only appointment system they use.

Liars.. Thieves. & Trash service. AHS sent Sears to my home 4 times, no call no show for today 8/23/25 on my broke fridge. Gasket replaced. Thermostat replaced...still not working. Salvador told me the unit needed to be replaced and that he told AHS and sent pictures on 8/13/25. Now there is NO RECORD of his notes and recommendation for replacement of my inoperable fridge since May 2025. AHS is a rip off. SEARS TECH ARE LIARS. My food is spoiling as type type. I run the risk of feeding my kids food at the wrong temp and them getting food poisoning. I've thrown out over $1k in groceries since May. No ONE CARES. Update. A new service person Martin calls me at 3p and then comes to my home...of course I was gone. I waited 8a-12p...no call no show. Then he shows up at 330p? Absolutely not. Inconsiderate. Inconvenienced.
