This is the 3rd visit for the same issue. This tech came out twice and now that he left, my ice maker is shooting out water and my ice cream is like soup. Freezer is not working. Tech told me if it didn’t work this time to send back to China. I didn’t find that funny at all. I need my refrigerator fixed and I cannot keep missing work to wait for substandard service. It should not take this many visits and now this time my food is thawing.

Couldn’t see serial number or model number. I explained that when I called to make appt. Tuck said it was nothing he could do never tried. Will I be refunded the 100 dollar please contact me. I’ve tried to call several times only to get the run around. You serviced my products before do you record the serial and model numbers in you records. My first service call was May 28th. Service Man said Part is Obsolete for the Samsung Refrigerator (Part # DA92-00384D) I have been waiting patiently since May 28th and there has been no resolution nor approval for a New Refrigerator. I have called every week since May. Every Time I call the Customer Service states that they will Escalate the situation to their Supervisor and to call back in 3-5 business days. I have been calling back 2 times a week since May and receive the same response. We find ourselves now July 25th. TWO MONTHS LATER And my approval has not been resolved. Last call was today and I received the same response for the last 9 weeks. I cant seem to get any help to resolve my Approval for a new Refrigerator. I have spent $100's of Dollars having to eat out because of no Refrigerator at home. I am and Elderly Man and my wife is Disabled and have explained this situation numerous times but NO RESOLUTION. Please help me get this resolved a soon as possible. Miguel

The technician arrived outside of the window, didn’t text us before to let us know when they would arrive and then suggested we add Freon which did not fix the problem and actually made our AC even worse. Now our AC doesn’t work at all in the middle of a heatwave.

The Tech was excellent! He deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. He went above and beyond. He is certainly an asset to Sears! Sears on the other had isnt the company they used to be. I would give no stars if possible!I have been trying to get this appliance fixed since June 2024. A third party has even come out at Sears request and advised that the unit has parts that need to be replaced and they should fix it. All to no avail. I was even told by customer service that they no longer service the unit and that I should cancel that portion of my policy, and they would refund my money....nothing said about repairing the unit that has been under their protection agreement since it was purchased in 2013! I will be getting my lawyer involved and filing a claim. This is the second time that Sears has not honored their protection agreement with me. I was concerning renewal because of the awesome Tech...I would be crazy to subject myself to such foolishness!
