They don't connect a dryer vent hose and I have the Master Protection Plan. I had the plan for 20 years. They use to, now they barely touch anything. I guess I won't renew it in 2025! They also want to charge $100.00 to clean out the lent in the dryer vent.

Technician was prompt and very helpful however the price for repair was high. I have a LG dryer, I was quoted $500 to fix one issue and over $800.00 to fix both issues.I was offered a discount of $50.00 if I paid for a membership. I ended just buying a new dryer from Homedepot for a little over $600.00 with warranty. Gave 2 stars because of the price.

The technician fixed my stove but messed up my display on my stove and reported there’s nothing she can do about it, even though no one asked her to wipe the display and that was not what she was here for. Very disappointed. She said there was bubbling but I have a before photo that proves that was not correct. They can write anything in the paperwork because they give you a blank screen to sign. This is not a good business practice and technicians should be TRUTHFUL in what they report back to their supervisor and Sears. Now I’m left with a display on my stove with messed up numbers since the tech took it upon herself to wipe it when no one asked her to and that was NOT what she was here for!! I’ve included the before and after photos.
