He came in and he checked the dryer and he was able to find the problem really fast. It was the problem was that my fan was full of lint so he showed my husband how to do it. So we're fine now. Thank you very much

I will never use Sears for a repair again due to a mistake on your side I had to wait 3 weeks to get my washer repaired. The only reason I’m giving a 5 star is to the technician who was the only person able to help me after 3 weeks. I kept calling and AI agent was useless and the people I kept talking to to send someone to fix my washer would not make the appointment even though I had the part. I had to call and make a new appointment as a repair to get someone out to my home to finally help me. I explained to Martin the problem and he was the only person able to help me after 3 weeks. But I will never use Sears again and of course they will not compensate me for all of the money I spent going to the laundromat due to their mistake.
