The Tech was excellent! He deserves 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. He went above and beyond. He is certainly an asset to Sears! Sears on the other had isnt the company they used to be. I would give no stars if possible!I have been trying to get this appliance fixed since June 2024. A third party has even come out at Sears request and advised that the unit has parts that need to be replaced and they should fix it. All to no avail. I was even told by customer service that they no longer service the unit and that I should cancel that portion of my policy, and they would refund my money....nothing said about repairing the unit that has been under their protection agreement since it was purchased in 2013! I will be getting my lawyer involved and filing a claim. This is the second time that Sears has not honored their protection agreement with me. I was concerning renewal because of the awesome Tech...I would be crazy to subject myself to such foolishness!

ZERO Star. Extremely horrible! You SEARS already know that that refrigerator had stopped making COMPRESSOR! Just tell customers right away that fact instead of sending a repairmen who already knew that fact! Instead of a threatening voice asking me how I pay the $99 service call WITHOUT touching the ref & it’s allegedly like a SCAM!!!’ For heavens sake! Give me back my $99!!!

Worst appliance repair, the repair man just open the back of the refrigerator and look at it for 3mins. Just 3 minutes and said, I have to replace the motor and almost everything he sees, he said $1,200 for everything, and when I say itsto much ,he replied to me with the loud voice, you dont wanna pay for it! Or you can't afford to pay for it, very unprofessional, When I said I'm just gonna buy a new refrigerator, suddenly he said maybe I can fix it for $900 , then I know that he tried to take advantage of people, I don't recommend sears to anybody, and I bought it from sears 4 years ago, worst appliance repair ever!!! You gonna waste your money on their diagnostic fee $ 119 for just looking at your refrigerator. Don't do it!!
