Tristan showed good trouble shooting skills and was able to figure out the wiring update with the minimum documentation from Whirpool. 7 terminals down to 5 and wiring reconfiguration. ie Different thermostat terminal location. Bernard went above and beyond for our repair. I've never had a technician help clean up the dust bunnies that were behind the machine. Extremely satisfied customers today!
