Excellent technician! Thorough in evaluation of my washer. Very efficient with his time. Not sure what you are paying Lorenzo per hour but it's not enough! You should give him a raise affective today!!! Lorenzo is very smart and knows his craft at a very high level!! Pay him what he's worth!

Knowledgeable, thoughtful, and did a good clean job. Now I would like him to ask his Boss for a quote to remove the inner basket, so I can spend 20 minutes chemical cleaning - removing black mold from the interior side of the outer basket, then reassemble all parts and test run a rinse cycle .
