Hung is very personable. However it is taking more than 4 times to get our washer fixed. This final appointment will be evaluated a few days after I wash a load, to see if water is still collecting in the drum.

Robert is very good but the refrigerator still doesn't work after changing all the parts with the freezer door stuck after a few hours while the upper compartment still not cooling at 60+F Same problem from Day One!!!! Has taken several months to fix

Hung was a great technician. He found the problem and showed it to me. Unfortunately, the replacement part is no longer available and I must buy a new washing machine. I will definitely call again if I need a future repair. I rate him A++
