Lorenzo called to let us know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. Was very polite and did his best to solve the issue. But unfortunately, the part is more expensive than the appliance itself.

We had an appointment for the repair and waited 5 hours, only to then be notified that the appointment was rescheduled to another day. The rescheduled appointment was to be in a window of 8-noon but the service man didnt come until after 1. The service man himself was great: professional, friendly, neat, and skilled. Too bad he works for such a poorly managed company.

Robert was not only technically proficient, his personal courtesy and professionalism was outstanding. I have always found repairmen to be competent; however their personal skills can vary. Robert's social and communication skills were at the top of the pack. I would definitely give Robert an A+ for outstanding customer service.
