To day with Sloan was very good. Our previous appointment on 10/18.23 no one called, no one showed up , very unprofessional Sears 😫 I waited from 1 to 5.

Amazing!
Lorenzo was very attentive to hearing the issues I've been experiencing with my washer and diagnosed what was causing my issues. Although the part I received was broken Lorenzo did his best to make sure my washer was functioning until I received a new part to be installed. His customer service was amazing even after a long day of work.
