No one ever showed up.

I've been here since 11:00 a.m. And the scheduled to be at 1:00, the technician marked them as showing up at 12:30 and never called me or contacted me. The instruction specifically said to call a phone number to allow them entry into the building. Literary cleared out my entire weekend to wait for nothing.

Unhelpful, did not bother to check inside dryer. Did not listen to issue of dryer, did not provide an explanation. He left the service site without providing a solution leaving owner confused and frustrated.

Unfortunately still not fixed He replaced the 2 parts that were previously ordered. I had water running from water outlet before he came and then when he left no water running and still no ice.

Worst service ever!

Did not fix machine. Still completely broke. Sears will not resolve the issue. They are having "technical" issues and I don't have a washing machine. I am stopping payment on my account.

Ice Maker not repaired

8 February 2024. Second visit to repair ice maker in Kenmore refrigerator. Romel declared "fixed," but several hours later it was clear there was no ice. He did not check back. No manageable way to secure follow up. A&E Factory Service is inaccessible. Returning to Sears Home Services simply schedules another appointment. Now 4 repair visits, new ice maker, new electronic control boards, but still no ice. After many years of excellent service, Sears has failed miserably on this ice maker.

Failed to repair appliance.

The task was to repair a refrigerator ice maker. Romel T. installed a new ice maker and did not install the electronic board set that Sears supplied. The ice maker does NOT produce ice. Especially frustrating: there is apparently no way to contact the repair service (A&E Appliance Repair) directly to get them to return to complete the repair. Instead, we must contact Sears, with another 10-day delay in service. Very poor!

Still leaking

Overall rating

We waited a month for an appointment for a water leak from the refrigerator and damage. Were initially told it was the water line. Waited another week for it to be repaired. Still leaking as soon as the repairman left. Going to take another 2 weeks and another deductible to get another repairman back. The whole service is a scam. Skip it.
