dryer yearly service
he did a pretty good job. I wish he would have pulled the condensation dryer out to see if any lint had collected under the top. I cleaned the front lint trap and drawer after he left. he did a great job at getting lint out of the condenser and got the condenser to go back together which I hadn't been able to get to work

I really appreciated Sloan getting the lightbulb bases out of the sockets. But when I put new lightbulbs in, they did not work. Can someone take a look at the sockets?

Pretty simple problem that was resolved quickly. Appreciate that. But the tech walked right into my house with shoes on. When I asked him to put on shoe covers he said he didn't have any. When I asked him questions about the dishwasher he did provide answers but with an air of condescension and a bit of impatience. Happy the issue with dishwasher was fixed. Not thrilled with the interaction. And no it was not a language barrier.

Robert defrosted a frozen pipe and told me to get metal tape to tape the back of the refrigerator? I don't know what I am doing, and he didn't know why it had frozen over after he checked everything out, but between the 2 visits it cost me $600+! But Robert is a very nice guy!

WHLE i GAVE Anthony AN EXCELLENT RATING FOR REPAIRING MY ICE MAKER, IT IS NOW 12 HOURS LATER AND I HAVE ONLY HAD 3 ICE CUBES MADE BY ICE MAKER. WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS BY TOMORROW MORNING.

It would have been nice if sears sent a technician that could also replace our hot water heater. We had to wait 5 days for Gary to come ( not Gary's fault) and now we have to wait till we get the next people to replace the hot water heater with no time est. I'm still without hot water!
