Wonderful repair of 23 yr old machine
Wonderful as always. On time, personable, did his work Cleaned up everything and all done in less than an hour. All great even after 23 years!

David called when he was about 20 minutes away, and arrived right when he said he would. He checked out my washer and dryer, and did what needed to be done in a timely manner. He was courteous and informative. We had a visiting nurse also there at the time, and she was impressed enough to ask for his card so she could call him for her dryer.

Thank you Michael for being so efficient, meticulous kind and respectful with my beloved kitchen aid refrigerator. I am third generation, Sears appliance owner, and I hope Sears always keeps their integrity by using seers, appliance, repair technicians and not going through a third-party. There is many of us who still like to have our seers repairman come to our house and not a third-party technician that does not know that. What the heck they're doing!

he did a pretty good job. I wish he would have pulled the condensation dryer out to see if any lint had collected under the top. I cleaned the front lint trap and drawer after he left. he did a great job at getting lint out of the condenser and got the condenser to go back together which I hadn't been able to get to work
