Michael was on time, neatly dressed, pleasant and went about repairing or replacing the ice maker. It was determined I needed a new ice maker. He had one in his truck and replaced the ice maker. It 6:49 at this time and I did not look to see if I had ice or not. If not i will call. Micheal was worked clean and left no messes to clean up.

Jason was polite and efficient. He explained what's wrong with the broken dryer motor and also offered to check the exhaust outlet to see if there was any blockage. Overall, a very pleasant service visit.
