Lorenzo was very attentive to hearing the issues I've been experiencing with my washer and diagnosed what was causing my issues. Although the part I received was broken Lorenzo did his best to make sure my washer was functioning until I received a new part to be installed. His customer service was amazing even after a long day of work.
