Martin was very thorough and explained a great deal of what was going on with my refrigerator and how to properly maintain it. He was very professional but yet very personal. I appreciate these qualities in a service tech..

Mike and Jeff were both amazing!! Super friendly and they took the time to explain what exactly was going on with our refrigerator and how to fix it. They were quick and efficient and even gave us information on extended warranty options. 5 stars for both of them and the service!

The technician was great! Sears pricing for labor was ridiculous. The technician Dave was knowledgeable and quick. I only paid for the service call And decided to purchase a new oven which will only be about $300 more. I realize Dave does not control pricing.
