Keshawn was great. He was kind and patient, explaining step by step what he was doing with my air conditioner. He tried everything he could to fix it. The system was 20 years old so we ended up having to replace it, but with Keshawn and his “can do” attitude if he couldn’t fix it, it needed to be replaced. He even followed up to make sure I was contacted by the next person to get the job done. Thank you Keshawn!

Julio and Sears Appliance Repair were terrific. It was so easy to book, clear directions, transparent guidelines, and fabulous communication on every element of the service. The text and email updates on time, arrival and expectations were the best. Julio was great on site for the service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very clear on the issues and options. Would absolutely use this service again.

Howard was friendly, listened to our needs and accomplished maintenance on both our washer and dryer in an hour!! He went the extra mile and checked out outside vent to make sure it had the proper airflow for dryer and it was sealed with stucco! We just moved into a newly built home - this was a relief we figured this out! Amazing service, attitude and know how.

Jeffrey was courteous and professional. He asked me questions to try to understand the problem with my appliance. He looked over the appliance and unfortunately there was not a solution to fix but to have it replaced. It took him 30 minutes when another appliance company took 5 times to no solution. Thank you Jeffrey and Sears.
