Mark was pleasant and was dressed in a clean uniform. He worked hard and efficiently and cleaned up the years of dust that had accumulated behind the washer and dryer. My washer is now repaired and working well. Price for the repair was covered by the Homeowners Insurance so, I did not receive billing. Thank you for the quick repair service and all of the notices along the way.
