I was pleased that the repairman arrived early, and that he was the same one who repaired my washing machine on 11/4/24. However I wasn’t pleased that he had to wait over an hour for the main office to call him back. I understood that there’s been changes at Sears, but AI can’t possibly do what a human being can. And that’s my honest opinion.

This site was designed to have nearly everything robotized, leaving no room for human contact while setting up appointments. My diagnostic appointment went well, and Roman arrived on time, was personable and knowledgeable, and did a good job in finding the problem and ordering replacement parts. A repair appointment was set up for later but had to be cancelled and rescheduled because one of the parts hadn't arrived. It was set for Tues, Sept 24th, but nobody showed up. Instead, I got an email that the appointment was for the following day. On the morning of the rescheduled appointment, I got a robotic phonecall from Sears, stating that the repairman was coming the following day, but the information was incorrect and Howard, the repairman called me and said he was on the way, arriving at the correct time scheduled. He also arrived on time, was knowledgeable and personable, did the repair quickly and efficiently, and now my washing machine is working perfectly again. The overly-automated system is hard to deal with, and the robotized phonecalls are out of synch, delivering misinformation. The prices for the little replacements parts were outrageously high, but I realize that they were from outsourced suppliers and not from SEARS. The labor charges were high but well worth it. My Kenmore washing machine was purchased in the 1980s but still works like new. It is far better than the current models, which look sharp but are poorly made and break down quickly.

When I called in the first place, it was to report a leak in the bottom of my tank. I gave you all the information you asked for on the hot water heater and yet you made me wait 12 days before you sent somebody over who all they did was look at it and say yup it was leaking And you charged me $179 . Last night, the hot water heater blew from the bottom I had water everywhere I had to A plumber to come today on Saturday to put a new hot

Some needs to manage the emails going out to customers. We have received 2 in the last week saying you have been trying to reach us. Then we were threatened with closure on one you had already purchased parts and equipment for. This is not professional. I called in to complain and was told, it was a mistake. I'm just not sure if he knew what was really needed on our appliances. He said we needed a whole new panel on both, over 1000 on each. Everything is working on the panel. I just don't know how to turn the volume up on the chime. It is very faint. Also, I was told that dispatch would call me about the mix up on the designated service date. I did not receive a call.

6/11 sears thecnitian arrived and fixed refrigerator for possible blockage in dry filter,he replaced it but I noticed he did not vacuumed system and just replace dry filter,soder and fill with refrigerat again ,10 day later the same problem appeared. Something wasn't done right. I called homedepot to open claim again and all my food went bad.
