Mark was very friendly and very much in command of his craft. He diagnosed the problem with my washer in less than 30 minutes; others have not been able to after 6 month. I am now able to use my washer in peace. Thanks Mark M.

Martin was incredible. He came to us (on time) on 1/3/25 to conduct a maintenance visit and he was so friendly and thorough with his work. He had suggestions on how to maintain our appliances better, gave us tips and tricks for extending the life of our appliances and serviced all 6 within 3 hrs. We will only request him going forward. Technician replaced the reset button for my dryer ( 3 parts in one ) protected my porcelain floors and was careful about my porcelain floral arrangement. I really appreciated that. He came back two days later to ck on a ' rubbing / screeching " sound from the drum which only started after the drum was removed to replace the reset button, but it eventually " worked itself out ". It was nice he came back the second time to ck, but as it turned out everything was okay and nothing needed to be done. Ramon has a smile, was pleasant and great disposition. Thankyou kindly.
